Word Weld

The Fourth Watch is the title of a series I am developing on the side. A while back I started writing about a Christian superhero with stealthy powers. I enjoyed it so much I started a second story centered around a blind woman with telekinetic powers, also with Christian themes. At that point I was already working on a historical fiction novel set in Nazi Germany and France, about another woman who could heal other people. The first two stories were meant to be series in episodic format, and were written in short installments. The third, Mercy Undying, was written with longer chapter-like installments. After the Avengers film released I began to wonder if I couldn’t team all of my Christian-themed heroes together, and thus was born the idea of the Fourth Watch. I determined a fourth member was needed, as each of the heroes is themed around some aspect of God. The fourth series, Abiding Wrath, has just received its christening. Hopefully, I will be able to put these people together for you in an enjoyable way in the near future.
